Eligibility

Who can apply?

Must be a Filipino citizen.

Must be a Pateros resident. If the applicant is not yet a registered voter, a parent must be a registered Pateros voter.

Must be admitted to a CHED-accredited higher education institution.

Must have no failing grade in the preceding semester or school year.

Must not be receiving another scholarship or educational financial assistance grant from an eligible public funding source.

Initial Requirements

  • Valid government or school ID showing a Pateros address
  • Proof of admission or enrollment
  • Photocopy of Voter's ID or voter certification
  • Certificate of grades
  • Barangay certificate of indigency
